Federica Tosi ® offers customer service for products that have a warranty that is still valid, ie within one year of purchase.

We offer to repair the damage caused by wear through the product re-plating service with certified cataphoresis protection and e-coating, giving your jewel light as new!

If the product was purchased in addition to the period of time covered by the warranty, i.e. one year, the customer has the possibility to request the paid plating service, with a cost of:

• € 25 for necklace plating;
• € 12 for ring plating;
• 15 € for bracelet plating

with shipping to be paid by the customer.
